where's the rest of your carbs? the throttle bodies are all there but a couple of carb bodies missing how many butterfly screws you have in those throttle bodies? that motor has power steering for the midsection as well.

great deal there and those little nipples are primer holes there's one on each cylinder too. that's for when you hold the key in it pumps mixed fuel into the motor thru those to help it start in place of the old motors that had chokes. the 3 screws means that a 225 HP are the jets #14 upper and #48 lower jets the main will be a 62D most likely too.

i dont think they are the right ones, it runs like its getting way too much fuel, it is even spittin little drops of fuel out the lower jets, and lots of blue smoke and the grass behind the motor is all black

where do i run the hose to on the two 5/32 nipples, one is caped off and the other has a short hose that just points down

ok yeah people are bad about changing them for more power

here's the jets look at the numbers make sure they are all a like too. i've bought bad motors where people put the jets in the wrong places after cleaning them and the motor comes apart when they hit some throttle

under this is your main jet if you took it out just make sure they are all a like as well

yeah that will kill a motor faster than any thing *but those jets cost around $5 to $6each when i bought the last couple i thought dayum these are too high lol

If you want some 200's you could save fuel and lost 25 ponies lol. i've thought about selling these. or i can give you the part number for the #48 you need HERE YA GO 326500 part number for #48 ;D

here's a few of my spares

these are 200 carbs.

I hope your $500 V turns out better than mine did. What year is yours? I was trying to look at your pics, but my 26.4 dial-up doesn't like pictures >:(.

Was there as many jet changes in the V-6's as there was in the V-4's? It drove me nuts trying to find the right ones for my 87 carbs. And after spending almost $60 on jets(the carbs I got had no jets in them), I ended up having to re-jet mine. I went 2 sizes over on the main since it was bored(63 vs 61), fattened out the mid-range as well(14's I think vs 16 stbd and 20 port), and leaned out the idle(34's vs 28's). Mine would stal;l in the mid-range constantly, and would choke you at idle from the smoke.

Don't feel to bad, mine went belly up. $500 was no steal on mine. Bad transom, bad floor, and a crappy engine(amongst other things).

just a different bypass hose outlet you can put a 1996 to 1998 as well but the controls are different so stay with 1995 back.
