maybe he should have his oyster tongs safely stowed so they dont fall every time a boat goes by.

If I had to slow down every time I came by a tied up boat, I wouldn't get anywhere. I mind the no wake areas, after that, BTW baby! Ol' boy needs to get a lift, or learn how to tie up his Bayliner.

If ya had to go to idle-speed at every tied up boat on the ICW, ya'd never get on plane...I'm like stillrunnin'...he needs to learn how to tie it so it'll take a wake...I slow for REALLY tight congested areas and GAS DOCKS...lobster tongs ::)...gimme a break :P ...
