In several pictures of the interior of Cutty Cabins I see fuzzy white stuff. Looks like fake fur. Must be for sound deadening. Is that factory original? My 78 has it and it is nasty dirty and must be replacement? What are your suggestions for a replacement?
For those of you who have redone your cabin. How did you clean off all the glue? Also, how do you keep it from falling off the celing? Guess I could roll the boat over, maybe not.

Yes they had it originally. I pulled it out of my V20 when I had it and was going to replace will some grey indoor/outdoor carpet...not the plastic kind, but the good stuff from Lowes with the rubber backing.
If you use the indoor/outdoor carpet adhesive they sell it will stick to anything! Even overhead... ;)

As far as I can tell my 75 never had it and still doesn't.

I wish mine didn't have it. I'm thinking it might be time to get rid of it. ;)

My newly acquired V has it too. It's as bad worse as what you describe WF. It's coming out soon and won't be replaced.

My 1980 has it and it's going to go and be replaced with a good coat of paint.
