I use Sta Lube Marine or High Temp Disk Brake grease. They are both aluminum complex greases which have better water washout resistance than lithium based greases. The high temp bearing grease has moly in it so I use it anywhere wear is a problem or there is a lot of pressure on parts. Otherwise, I use the marine grease.
