Went down and took the boat out to run fuel system cleaner thru it...may have cleaned it out, but didn't correct the problem...oh well, she's back in the shop, but figured I'd get some lake pix while I's there...

Thanks guys...the pooch loves to go for a boat ride...only problem is she wants to stand on the front of the bow at 30 mph...bums her out when I make 'er get down :'( ... ;D ;D ;D ...

...but at least she knows she'll get to go swimmin' later...

Thanks, BR ;D ...it's had a substantial loss of power...planes up and tops out at 38 mph, oughtta be 42...runs 26 at 4400 rpms, oughtta be 30 ... Honda tec sayin' it's lost power in a cylinder ...put new plugs in last week ... ran good for coupla hours, but not long ...


painless and cheap...I hope so...still under warranty, so we'll see ;) ...

Oh yeah, I remember the plug thing now. Good luck bro! I think a sneaky striper probably slipped up while you weren't looking and reversed a few wires on the honda. ;) The shop'll figure it out. 8)

Heck yeah, I had one spin my prop once! Then another one burned up my starter somehow and made me throw a rope around the flywheel. ;D

This looks like the cove on Jocasee near the boat ramp (to the right if standing on ramp looking at the lake). Is it? Even if its not, it reminds me of the time some guys from college and I went there and were catching trout and carp with corn. The Game Warden came up and did not approve of our bait (corn) but let 3 of us slide on the corn charge and got one of us for CCW (not me). One of the fellas was carrying a .22 pistol in his napsack.

I still remember the Wardens words when he was telling the guy that he could post a $40 bail or go to jail until Monday, "You don't want to go to Wallhalla on a Saturday night".

We scrounged up the cash to keep him out.
