Well I made it to the water today!! *NE winds 10 to 15 made it a bit lumpy, but all went well!!

The new power pack I installed last fall was defiantly the problem and the motor went perfect all day!!

Caught some Scup, Blues, Dog fish, Sea Bass Nothing to write home about, But it was a shake down run and we just fooled around a bit!!

Tuesday I will be commercial Fluking if the weather is good?

Here are a few pic from today with my son and friend Pete.

Wow I am happy!! ;D

Sweet!!!
Son??? No real problem guessing who the father is. Some good lookin' fella I figure.

Spent the day with Janine me helping reassemble the V. It's starting to look like a boat again rather than something that drifted in with the wind and tide.

MJ, you mentioned going commericial flukeing, is the term "Pin Hooking" used for rod/reel commercial fluking?
Just curious as I hear the term often and was not sure what it ment. ::) Also whats the commercial size in MA? here in RI it is 14' I think.

My Lic. says I am a hook and liner, and the Commercial limt is 14" 200 pounds a day for hook & Line, Dragers get the same 14" and 300 pounds.

Congrats MJ. I'm glad that all went well. Maybe you should look at adding a spell check feature on this site ;D ;D ;D. I can't talk because I've been known to slaughter the English language myself.

Go fish Mashnee . . . This is the best time and NE winds aren't bad at all over there. I could usually do better than 100lbs . . . but you have to use chubs or spearing. PM me and I'll tell you where and how to stock up.
