Partly in response to the favorable replies received from my previous post "should I take the V", I towed my 1991 V20 cuddy to Massachusetts from Indianapolis and back last week. The trip went fine with only a slight hitch which caused me to replace both rear trailer lights. I'll be posting pics as soon as I get them offloaded from the camera to my computer.

Sorry I did not look you up MJ or CB. I only had 6 days to spend there with my Mother (she's 79 and lives alone in Scituate, MA), and I had not seen her in a year. She had lots of projects with which she needed help. I'll work on the pics soon. I was too tired last night after the 20 hours of drive time. Wifey will not take her share of the driving with the boat on the back.

Glad to hear all went well. Do you have a dually or single axle trailer? Post pics when you get time. billy Mac ;D

It's a dually, 5 Starr brand. I bought it in Foxborough Mass. in, I think, 2002 when I inherited my Dad's boat (without a trailer). It has served me well. Only thing I do not like about it is that it has 13" wheels. When the 13" tires wear out, I think I will replace them with 14" wheels and tires. Yes, I will post the pix, and soon.
