I left her - the V20- with full tanks of stabilized gas - 9 months in storage by time I get there - I'm thinking I should siphon that out and burn it in my ford truck that has a big old 460 in it?????????????????????

The Ford will burn it, but I'd give it a try before I'd siphon 60 gallons out of her. *Either way i know you can't wait. *Billy Mac *;D

That fuel should be fine with the stabilizer in it.
Must be nice, moving to whereever the good weather is each season.

Gas will be just fine, we have to leave it here for 7 months any way and never a problem.

That gas has been sittin in the heat in FL since April 1st; boat is covered but out in the sun. Thinkin that the gas may be not so good due to the heat down there.

Don't let the IRS know about the fuel. they will want to charge you capital gains tax on the appreciation....

When I got my boat, the gas had been in it for probably 6 months. It was full and I dumped a 32 oz bottle of Stabil in it - it took a year to get it fixed and running, so I think I probably used that stabilized gas up to two years old and it worked fine. Oregon's definitely not as hot as Florida, but it was out in the sun and got fairly hot.
