As an active member of this forum I would like to make a donation to help cover the costs of the upgrades. I'm sure others would like to do the same.

MJ, how much is it going to cost and let us know how to send you some $$$$.

I would also like to make a donation. After reading MJ's post about new equipment, etc. I thought "who pays for all of this stuff and the hosting". If it's coming out of someone's pocket, I want to help.

SO , the new guy from Curacao is actually MSBHAMMER
with an offshore account.

Really, this is a good idea, I think I could part with 10 or 20,
I'll just skip lunch one day.

I think the site owner should generate income using advertising or paid sponsorship dollars. If I'm going to donate to the fund, at least let me advertise my business ;D Oh wait, I don't have a fishing related business (yet). 8)

Thanks everyone!!

But there is no need for funds to be raised!!

Yes all money to run this site comes from my pocket, But BS left us in good shape and hasn't cost us a dime!

New Software is less then $200, and $30 one time a year for upgrades. and the new server is going to give us 3 times the space we have now for like $20 a month

The sale of the shirts if all sell will be $186 and that covers the software, the $20 a month is nothing!!

But like I said Thanks all!! If there is ever a need I know were to turn!

OK MJ, I really appreciate your work and funding of the site.

MJ, if the funds need to be replaced, maybe we could have an auction or sale of stuff we don't use and donate the cash to the site. Maybe not just boating/fishing items. Maybe a separate For Sale section not related to V-20's. Just a thought.
