To all you Snaggers, have a safe and happy Thanksgiving wherever you are.
I am home today and have 28 people coming for dinner, the CEO who is one of the greatest cooks alive has been cooking and baking for three days straight. Something wonderful about how our home smells for days leading up to this, sort of like foreplay ;D
Anyhow again enjoy my friends(and I know you are not imaginery)
Willy

PS. Randall, been where you are at many many times, take care brother ;)

I just got mine in the oven!! I do all the cooking on Holidays!

Hammer, watch the temp of the oil, let it get 50* hotter then they say!!
As soon as its up there drop the turkey in slow, put in a small amount. pull out and then dip again each time going deepe in till you have it in!

(wow this is getting me hot ;D)

It will take about 1 hour, depending on what size bird, and when they say the time they mean it!! 5 mins over and she going to be burned!

Good Luck, your going to love it!!

Happy Happy all!! :-* :-* :-* :-*

I just watched a thing on the news about all the people who burned their houses up w/those things ::) ... don't put it near the house or anything else you love and make sure the bird is THAWED all the way thru B4 ya dip it ... UL won't certify any turkey-sized deep-fryer 'cause they get too hot ... careful w/that thing :-/ ...

Thanks for the kind words fellas, so far I have changed a tire, tied up a broken exhaust, stood by for several others changinf tires, and ate too much @ Golden Corral.

And as a Thanksgiving treat, I am only stopping people for 20 over........10 so far.

safe way to deep fry your bird frost make sure its thawed out completely before you start the fire put the Bird in put water in till it covers the Bird or is still well below the top pull out Bird mark out side of cooker were water level is dump out water and dry put your oil level up to the mark no higher most of the fires are when the oil runs over and hits the flame but just in case keep it away from the house and look up make sure nothing there put out a few trees in my day myself I am a ham man

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I was going to say Happy belated Thanksgiving to all, but I guess it's technically still Thanksgiving Day.
Hope everyone had a good day with family and friends. That's what it's all about. We ate around 2:00 at my foks house. I'm still feeling pretty stuffed.
Even my grandson who normally chows four times a day didn't eat anymore the rest of the day. My mom made an awesome apple/walnut pie and homemade ice cream. Ohhhhh baby was that good!!!!!!!! ;D
