Well as some of you may remember I told my old boss to "shove it" in July and I have been considering several options. I wanted to do something other than be in the car business. Too many years of figuring out how to increase sales, watch costs, run a good service department only to have the owner decide I was making too much money and "adjust" my pay plan. For those that don't know, Service Managers, techs, advisors etc. all work on commission. After declining a couple jobs, I have decided to be an AFLAC independent agent. Been thru the interview, accepted the position and I have started the training classes required by Florida to get my insurance License. Wish me luck fellas!

Being from the automotive service field myself(before my accident), and my father having been in it for almost 25 years before me. I know where your coming from. I wish you the best of luck, I too have been considering insurance as well.

Wow that's great Franco. *I'm with GMAC Insurance. *I work in the IT department and maintain a couple of document imaging systems that allow our customer service reps and external agents to access policy documents (chit you get in mail) online, rather than recieve agent copies in the mail or us storing paper copies in a filing cabinet. *
Couldn't you write business for more than one entity? *
We are the Mckeecraft Insurance Team ;D Or did you sell the Mckee? ???
