A guy I know at work told me yesterday that he has an old Wellcraft boat he sold to his cousin. After I showed him a pic of mine he said it was just like mine. He said his cousin called him back and said the head was cracked on the 165 6cyl I/O . He sold it because the seal between the transom and outdrive was leaking, so Im guessing the transoms bad too. He told me ta make him an offer. Ill check it out and let youall know what I find.

I talked to the guy last night, he said it was a 79 V with a really nice galv trailer. Hes undecided on wheather to let the trailer go or not. Ill take some pics when I go see it. Iv got an old trailer mine came on,but it needs alot of work. If I get the V and it can be fixed I might rebuild it. It depends on what kind of shape its in.
