Its a real Piece of $hit!! I bought one used twice and gave it away!!

I bought a real nice power winch off crigslist came with battery and box for the trailer frame $150 winch alone was almost $400 at BW

works awsome!! CB picked it up for me near his house after I wired the money to the guy.

Walfart winch never heled goos when trailer always let cable out :o
Then at the boat ramp I could not get it to release, I looked like a first timer at the ramp >:(

I learned the hard way you gt what you pay for!!

did it make a loud clicking noise when you turned it on?
im going to use a snatch block do you think that would help

I did not go that far with it, it was the drag screw on the side, it would slip when using it no matter how tight I try tio get it, and then be jamed when I try to get the cable out, I hated it, maybe it was just the one I had?

But anyway good luck with it!

And a snatch block is not a bad idea with any one of them as they relife a lot of stress on th winch.

i hate being at the ramp and looking like i dont know what im doing its embarassing
the only thing is that i have to wait about 5 months before i can use it

Ive gotta power winch on my trailer but I never use it. I pull it up with the bow rope and hand crank the last couple of feet.
