Rather than buying that to fix it, I think you'd be better off buying it and turning it into a mold plug to make a new hull from scratch. ;)

YUCK :o! INteresting that both are open transom outboards. I wonder if they were pointed the wrong way relative to the wind and took water over the transom? From what I've read, that's the most common way for outboards to go down... as opposed to being "flipped" in the wind. No matter how it happened, truly a bummer. I like the helm seat on the V-21 w/the baitwell.

These boats, especially the first. probably flipped because they were tied to a fixed (as opposed to floating dock) dock, and when the water rose tremendously, the docklines pulled down one side while the wind and wave pushed up the other.
CT, I have that helm seat/baitwell, but the baitwell is only under the back half. Just empty space, without access, under the helm seat.
