NO conversion necessary. This is a beaut just waiting for a good owner, a stainless or armstrong bracket and a repower. Poor OMC Sea Drive. Another one that lasted pretty long if it truly ran until last season.

Woops. I should've posted the question as "ready to hang another bracket and outboard?" Transom would just need the hole patched and some reinforcing.

Well obviously it ain't one of Fla hurricane hulls, but #@%^&* I sure wish he'd take the cover OFF before taking pictures of a boat he's tryin' to sell...

What do you make of the crack in the floor? Major or minor problem?

Barhop -
It sounds like a crack in the well/storage box inside the cuddy. Its no big deal. Get the boat for a grand, pick up a 150 johnson and armstrong for 8k and for nine grand you have a nice boat with a new power and warranty.

Thanks fillet1 he's relisted on eBay for $2,500.00 buy it now and first bid. I'll see how it goes but glad to hear the crack isn't a deal killer.

Just make sure it is in that well and not the hull.
