Analogue that fits Trump based on his behavior, such as leaving faithful VP Mike Pence to be potentially hung by his violent Capitol insurrection mob…….

But I see Trump as ordering the blast door closed while his personnel still running to get in.
Then after , assuming survivors Trump would give a speech claiming he kept the blast doors open as long as possible, longer than any other President would have by far because he was trying to save as many as possible, above and beyond all .
Then he’d fire any military people that said otherwise and call them failures to protect the nation.
