Than they did of the violent insurrection attempt at our Capitol

When the target is a Christmas tree at their workplace, a plant, a symbol, it is a sacrilege to Fox .But when the target was the seat of our American democracy, our government under attack , police etc, its not to Fox News as they blew it off with much less significance than the tree.

This is what Fox is now - shameful

What would have happened if the flames has spread to the buildings surrounding it? Do you know that the tree cost over $100,000 to replace?

You're telling me that Fox doesn't have a right to make a fuss? And let me remind you that the Jan 6 demonstration happened almost a full year ago, while this was only last week. The demo is old news.

My opinion is that if you were to add up all the hours/days/weeks that Fox covered the Demonstration, and the aftermath, as opposed to the less than one day that they covered the tree burning you would find that you are wrong by a wide margin. Of course its not only the number of MINUTES fox coverage applied to the tree burn vs the violent attack on our Capitol .

Its the WORDS of condemnation Fox News applied to the tree burn as compared to the violent attack on our government.
Hence the truth of MORE FUSS from Fox News over the tree.

Of course NOW Fox is trying to walk it all back with spin tactics.
FACT is they desperately reached out to the White House to get trump to tell the violent rioters to stop because they said it was bad for his legacy . Gee wiz but trump ignored those pleas AND that of his son for at least 1-1/2 hours .

Is it the amount of time that is devoted to one fuss over another fuss? Or the number of media outlets that report on one fuss over the other fuss? I'm not sure how you can measure the emotions in a persons voice, so that would make measuring a fuss by emotions pretty hard. Do you have some kind of fuss meter that measures fuss? Ummm, ... they mentioned the 140 police injured (more than half with minor injuries) several times. Far more than the 1 day they talked about the tree being burned. You really need to get your facts straight. The injuries ranged from bruises and lacerations to more serious damage such as concussions, rib fractures, burns and even a mild heart attack.

Prosecutors have charged more than 187 people — roughly a quarter of all defendants — with committing violence, such as assaults on law enforcement officers or members of the media present that day. Roughly half of the cases that have so far come before a judge have resulted in no jail time.

And for the record, I watched several of the different time slot shows when the tree burning happened, and not a single person cried. Not one, not once.
