Keep what records? I was in the hospital just the other day for a procedure. Not once was I asked if I was Republican, Democrat or Independent. Not once!! They asked me if I had insurance, they asked me what meds I was taking, they asked me who my doctor was, and a whole lot of other things like my address, name, etc. But the subject of my political party never came up.
