Hey folks, does anyone have any info on Bimini tops or another type for the V20? I see many advertised, none seem to match what I have seen in pics here on the site, any thoughts would be welcome, Thanks.

bought a low budget one off amazon the size is 6'L x 46"H x 73"-78"W and it fit very well. there are many to choose from but that size seemed to work pretty good for me.

Model is a "Leader Accessories 3 Bow Bimini Top Boat Cover 4 Straps for Front and Rear Includes Mounting Hardware with 1 Inch Aluminum Frame"
cost about $150.

I look at these and then I look at the ones from like overtons and I wonder what makes one a hundred dollar top and the other a 5 hundred dollar top.

Lot of it is the fabric. And the thread that it is sewn with. Not saying that there is $400 dollars difference. if i was going to spend big bucks on a bimini, i would go with a local fabricator, but they probably run $800.

I bought one of the eBay ones on D s recommendation, very pleased with it. The hardware is very good for the price. My plan is to use it as long as the fabric holds up, then take it to a local top shop and have them use it as a template for good fabric

Best of both worlds

Phatdaddy beat me to it but i was going to say that besides the name, the most obvious reason is probably the fabric used and the size of the frame. Lots of frames are 3/4", but the better ones all seem to use 1".

The fabric on my one boat's bimini broke down this past summer, mostly from one of my cats using it as a hammock for sleeping. Sharp claws have a way of degrading fabric. But that top was 5 years old, so 5 years for just over a hundred bucks is pretty good in my book.
