They do lift and its hard to find anyone to lower them..

I think you are getting the hang of pictures.
When I was down at Holden Beach a couple weeks ago, my Uncle who lives there had crew come over and install a new pole for his floating dock, said it had taken 4 months for his turn to come up and the only reason it was that soon was because the crew was doing a big dock repair within eyesight of his pier, otherwise the wait for work is one year.
Took them less that an hour, $750.00.
If you had a little barge and a few guys willing to work, you could clean up.
