1987 15 hp Evinrude, 15 inch shaft, tiller, manual start Is my fathers motor, been stored for teh past 15 years. I'm going to go thru the fuel system aand water pump before its sold. $750 Located in Charleston, SC

Does it have a "throttle lock" to keep the rpms steady while not having to constantly twist the throttle handle, and does it have the mechanism to partially tilt for shallow water operation?

tilt mech works, i dont think it has the throttle lock.

yes, but this includes new water pump, carb and fuel pump refreshing, plugs and a decarb treatment. Its been sitting, so I'm prepared to get it in shape when some one is interested in it
