Wassup Norton Snaggers? Long time. Lots of changes here. New faces and all that. Good to see many of us gray haired old timers still here.
I've had lots of medical stuff going on the last couple years. Most recent was laminectomy on L2, L3, L4 and spinal cage fusion on L3, L4, L5 just this last part of April. So I'm still recovering from that doing PT and all. No bouncing around on boats for a while. Maybe try some freshwater fishing with my son in law on calm days soon.
Anyways, I just wanted to pop in to ask Ferm some questions and say hello. :hi::beer:

well, like yourself I've got a couple of afflictions. along with his sense of humor, my dad also left me his high blood pressure, his diabetes, his kidney stones and as a bonus I have a small abdominal aortic aneurism. got over one of those two year back injuries myself.
the good news is I have 7 more years of playing with trains and i'm done. don't wanna wish it away but I sure am looking forward to it.
and I really am glad you're ok. been wondering what was going on in your life.

Weird how genes are passed down from generation to generation. The PT for my back was going pretty well for a bit, but I started having some issues. Doc told me to take it a bit slower to allow time for bone growth around the hardware.
I'm officially retired now myself. Now if I can heal up, I might be able to enjoy it.

good for you. listen to your doctor and take it easy. don't rush it. you'll heal up. they say time heals all wounds. just get better so you can offer the youngsters them fishing lessons. then get healthy so you can be around for a long time to come.
