Garmin "G" chart

Hi all, I have a Garmin gps 180 with the older style map chip series G , it is for the deleaware bay off shore. looking to sell buy or trade as I need one for raritan bay. Let me know ;)

You might want to try Ebay and/or craigslist.com ;)

btw; another thought just occurred to me. Contact Garmin. maybe they'll offer you some sort of trade-in. ??? Probably not likely, but worth a shot.

I checked CB not much happenig there. the unit is like new and works great just need g chip for raritan bay area

Bill -its the MICRO G chart. Those are the ones that they dont make anymore. List yours on the Bassbarn, and you might be able to sell. You should get at least $225 for it, because they cant be found anymore.

OK Rich thanks, so the 180 is a micro g chip, I thought it was just G chip, thats what the Garmin guy referred to it as. And if it says off shor like the one on the v20 does that include shor line bays and harbors or no. The one ion that ebay says off shore ney york to delaware bay, that doesn't make sense to me ???

willy the guy selling this g maps ,he buys his stuff on ebay, an re sells it,i sold him a loran back in july an he resold it 2 weeks later,seems like he's a fare guy an honest,was a fast payer ,good luck

Thanks Jaysea, spoke with him on email, he's a NY fireman and he sounds like a decent guy. I have to research it because he says it doesnt cover raritan bay which is where I need. Anyone know on these chips when they say Offshore does that mean they don't cover the bays harbors and other shorelines features. That is for a micro G map.
