Looking for some help bringing my fiberglass back to life. I have a 79 V20. Brand new mercury, brand new gauges amd electronics, and brand new top. Now its time to get the ole girl shinny again. Whats the best advice that yall have for this. I know some wet sand, at what point is that the best option? I know some others just use oxidation remover or a cutter and rewax it. Thanks for the help.

Here is my opinion with that problem.

The only other thing I will add.
That polish I used is not the best long duration polish available, it usually lasts less than 2 months but is perfect for the initial clean up.

I did this last year and after a lot of research... I wet sanded with 1000g then 1500g. After that I used a 3M marine compound and finishing material. Them a 3M wax with scotch guard. It made an '87 cuddy friggen look brand new.
I just threw on a new coat of the same wax today for the summer.
