Man, if that thing was any closer I'd probably jump on it. Even with the angst I know would come my way from my wife. But that's a long distance to drive on the chance that the transom is solid. I have a 225HP Johnson 20" engine, a seat, and a power washer all sitting here doing nothing. If it's solid like they say that's a 2K+ profit opportunity knocking. :head:

You could probably get it for 500.00, a good enough deal and savings to pay for the gas and transom supplies.

Money isn't the problem... space and time are. I have too many projects going on right now.. (Just ask my wife).... LOL

I would say store it here but I think I would end up living in it if I brought another one here, even if it's not mine.

Currently exiled in the Fla keys, but when I get back I'll go ahead and buy it if it checks out and is still available. You buy Striper's 130 Johnson and bring it as payment.

That 225 would look good on the back, same color scheme and all.

I'll buy it and you come up and work a little magic on my '92 C2500.

Man, I wish! Got too many projects in my driveway now.. I think I'm pushing the limits of the HOA now.

If it were mine though, first thing I'd do is enclose the cuddy cabin - looks like it needs a back wall to keep the wind and rain out.

I saw that too, you could leave it open though and tell people it's a semi custom 248 Offshore Sedan model. Very rare.
