Hopefully that's going to make someone a great boat at a great price. 1996 was the last year of the V21's and will have the least amount of normal wear and tear. The damage to the side control area can be fixed or a piece of starboard can be put on top of it to conceal it and make it whole again. SO you need a new steering ram or convert to zero feedback steering or just regular steering, a little elbow grease in the cuddy and you're pretty much good to go.
