took my son & daughter out today, left the ramp at 11:15 trolled until 1:00 with no action. my son had to go to work at 3, so i said 10 more minutes. put some credence clearwater on the boom box, 3 minutes later, double hook up.

do you smoke them before making dip? My brother & his Florida buddies always smoked the kings and made dip....great stuff!:drool:

actually i cheated on these, i grilled the fish and added liquid smoke.

caught 4 on friday, kept one. actually smoked half and made more dip.
turned the other half into tacos. not bad, but flounder make better tacos,
