I have no idea what it is or what year it is, but I particularly like the big anchor molded into the glass on the bow. I bet in its day it was a head turner and somebodies pride and joy. I don't know about Pacer but, it sure looks "unsafe at any speed" (Corvair)

The fiberglass on that boat looks to be too far gone to be repairable. Very porous and weather beaten.
