Thanks scook and all! Not sure on using the new boat this year as I have no idea how things are going to work with the kidney (leanth of recovery) going over a list of things i need with BS yesterday, cash is a big problem also.
But my spirt is up asnd sure I will get going, if not this season then next!!

Don't meed a ton stuff to get started, tires (4) 12' $50 each I am going to start buying one a month starting next month. Battery, wster pump kit for 1986 1.6 seadrive (120hp omc) some wireing, GPS, prop not sure on pitch, triler winch Bradford says he has a helm, just have to figure shipping out. BS the ram, and lines for steering.
cash to reg. Then I should be good to go!!:sun:

Destroyer Ok, I have you covered on the winch. I have several good working electric winches sitting on the shelf from boats/trailers I've salvaged, stripped and sold for parts. I will send you one of them. Since you moved I don't have your new address, so please PM me with it. That will cover that part of your "needs" list.

Ok, got you covered for the radio also. I bought a bunch of CB radios on eBay a while back and one of them turned out to be a Marine VHF. Near as I can tell it works fine, I can hear traffic with it. Haven't tried transmitting for a radio check, but that's easy enough. If it works that's yours also. One less thing hanging around.
