I hate to get rid of it, by all counts its been the best vehicle I've owned. We bought it at 80K and have driven it all over the place. I'm still getting 16 mpg running 80+ on the interstate. I pulled my McKee to NC last spring with it and it never missed a beat. In the last year I've been trying to get all teh odd and end issues taken care of on it. I replaced the AC compressor and evap core. Put a new windshield in it. Replaced teh ball joints and tie rod ends, front brakes, etc...The only thing I know it needs right now is rear brakes. The body is in good shape, only small dings( like real small) and the paint still looks good. The tires are LT type, not P type, they probably got at least 40k left in them if not more. The driver seat has a rip in it and it shows some wear, but the rest of the seats are in good shape. The carpet is stained, a profesional could probably getting looking better. Just got too many vehicles(99 Burb, 02 Burb, 99 E350, 97 F350, pus my 72 Chevy Stepside). I would be interested in a trade for a smaller vehicle for my daughter to drive. She's 15, just got her permit and shes too scared to drive somethign as big as a burban, I treid to get her to drive my dually, figured the burb would feel small after that, but no dice

Someone's gonna get a nice ride when they buy that. I have the sistership to your wife's '02 -- a 2000 with 283K on it. Best vehicle I've ever had. Burbons are great all around utility vehicles.

Damn...that thing looks clean! I got rid of my '02 Burb last summer and replaced it with a Tacoma. My kids hate me because of it... lol. Love that older body style. The guy down the street from me has one with over 300K on it.

Spare, Temoc is a good friend of mine who mentioned wanting a suburban. I told him about this thread so he's not just some weirdo from the internet.

sold it a while ago, was a good vehicle, gave it away for $2500. Was seriously a vehicle I hated to sell. My daughter was scared to drive it because of the size. Sold the burb and bought my daughter a Cherokee
