Click "User CP" at top left corner of screen.
Under "Settings & Options" click "Edit Signature"
In the posting box type your info and click "Save Signature" at the bottom of the screen.

Adding a photo will require sizing it down to 500 by 160 pixels or 73.2 KB

Once you have mastered that you can also do your avatar sizing the photo to 100 by 100 pixels or 68.4 KB
