Saw a nice V go by - with merc outboard, north of shark river. Who is that ?
We exchanged waves.

( get it....." waves " :)

W/ NW wind was blowing the ocean flat for the 1st 1/4 - 1/2 mile out, beyond that no thanks.

Trolled, jigged, nothing. Switched briefly to bottom fishing on drift, caught and released a seabass, and that was it.

Don't mix - golf and fishing. I hate golf, but I love fishing.

Tried golf, took lessons, nope, not for me. But hey, many love the sport.

same game as fishing...go out with buddies, away from the world, and waste time, get frustrated, then get really frustrated, then have a good shot to keep you in it. Then, once in awhile, you have that day that makes you keep coming back.....or your buddy has that day...and you weren't working...and your phone was off for 5 hours...same as fishing...:happy:
