I like it alot!!! Not sure about the grady drive cant really see it in the pic. Does not sound like a bad deal for the money. Wonder what year it is? Would fit on my boat lift just about perfect!

Yep...ran across it the other day in my constant searching, its a very nice boat BUT...it is a pre SeaV2 hull and it has wood in it. The wood is probably not an issue if it has been kept in that building its whole life, but that era GW are susceptible to transom rot.

I wish they made that same boat with the SeaV2 hull, but all the newer GW CC's have the euro transom.

How big is your check gonna be CTT?

Grady drive is just their bracket, it is aluminum and sealed for floatation.

The enclosed transom with a bracket isn't as prone to rot as a notched transom, for what it's worth.

not quite sure. some say it could be as much as 20k. knock that right in half for taxes and wifey is taking 50%. nowhere enough for a beast like this.

Go for the 20, it's a heck of alot more boat for not alot more money. Run fairly shallow, but can still venture out offshore on good days. And they get along pretty good with mid size power. See alot of them down here and in the keys still today.

still gotta wait on the check, ferm. may not come until October. give us all plenty of time to find something.

I guess with the shorter boating season and the likely hood of inside storage over the winters, up north might be the place to be looking.

The trouble comes when you get to the price tags up there.
