I dont know if yall have priced copper ring terminals lately but its gotten rediculous. Copper tubing works great. They are pennies apiece to make and only take a minute or so a piece. Shown here is 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2. Its good clean copper to they solder great as well as crimp.

How well do they hold a crimp? I would think the thinner wall of the copper tubing wouldn't hold the crimp as well, and would require soldering to hold.

I havent had any issues Ferm but have gotten accustomed to soldering alot more of my stuff as I like to do it once and be done. They sure last with a good solder job and heat shrink.

BUT, have you priced copper tubing (or anything copper) lately? :zip: I'm only half way kidding and that seems like a good idea, just curious on how much savings?
BTW I work with copper sheet and make handmade lighting and other things. I've gone through a lot of copper and solder in the the past 10 years!

Thanks Stink!
I usually solder and this fixes several problems I run across.
