I grew some cubanelle and marconi peppers this year and they are awesome. I love the seize cause one makes a meal near bout it. I stuffed some Marconi with deer, cream cheese and bacon last night. They were awesome. Smoked em at 250 for about 30 minutes, deer meat already partially browned to speed things up. Sorry no "after" pics they didnt last long, we was hawngry.
