He had a $6,000 "buy it now" price...it's gone now. Bidding will probably go over that. That would have been a good deal at 6k!

Hey MJ, you would have to trade in your truck at the nearest Ford lot so you could tow that beast!

NADA Book on that boat is only

Low Retail Average Retail

$4,960 $5,970

add what the boat has:

low average
$6,465 $7,705

and this doesn't include a trailer.

NADA isn't a good source for boat values anyway. Dealers use BUC values.

Dealers use SKRUEM prices... ;)...

NADA book is good for refrance only. Boats go thur so much in there lives I can't see any book being able to tell you what they are worth.

Have you been looking at the prices of new boats?? They are thur the roof!! If the decks and the transom is in great shape, it would be worth it.

$6000, and lets say you add $4000 to fix this up over time, thats $10,000 for a 25 footer in great shape!

My V20 is no were near perfect!! and it has some gel coat problmes, and over the last 6 years including the buy money and the new trailer I have $12,000 spent, and I bet I be lucky to get $6000 for it.

But I am a poor man in a rich mans sport!! And do what I have to do, as I no have the money to move up, so I just keep fixing up.

But I love the boat!

...moving up is for the birds...I've already moved up to the V-21 from a 17. *That's about the top for me for now *:)

Plus, a 25fter is going to seem sluggish and be mighty thirsty compared to our current boat.

Emailed the guy, he says floors are solid, I asked about the hardtop, it looks home made, he did not answer that but did tell me it is aluminum, has anyone been on these boats in choppy water how do they handle
