I've been lurking on this board for a while but haven't posted yet. I originally joined when I was looking for a boat and was planning on picking up a V20 as I previously owned an 89 18 Sport and loved the boat. Well I wound up getting an 82 Grady 190 Tarpon but then a 99 Wellcraft 22 WA fell into my lap for a good price. I know it's not the same hull but I do enjoy checking out the projects here.

My uncle has one and I fish on it at least twice a summer. And I still have a picture of my V18 if that'll give me some cred.

I just noticed... you're in Bloomfield, and that's right around the corner. There are several of us that live within a 25 mile radius of there.

I launch out of the Atlantic highlands. I used to keep my boat down there until Sandy wrecked it. Now I'll keep my boat up here at least until next season.

Depending on how I feel and what kind of time I have, I'll either launch out of Leonardo, Highlands, or Laurel Hill Park, Secaucus into the Hackensack River and run down to Sandy Hook that way.

I've launched out of Secaucus a few times. It's a nice scenic ride down the Hackensack river.
