Hey guys, the V20 I bought doesn't have a windshield.

So, I have a couple of questions.
First, did the 88 V20 Dual Console come with a windshield? Was it optional?
Second, should I install a windshield?
Third, do all V20 have the same size and shape windshield? Can I take one from the 70's and install it on my 88?
Fourth, in searching the archives, I found that JeffX and Mulv had mentioned they had extra windshields from past project boats. Do you guys still have them and would you like to sell if they fit my boat?

If you decide to put one on it....
GOOD LUCK!!!!!
If they are different than a cuddy....
DOUBLE EXTRA GOOD LUCK!!!
Cause I have only found one for a cuddy and they are the most common. ::)

I've seen pics of a dually with windshield and the sides are not the same as the cuddy. I don't think you'll be able to use a windshield from a cuddy without doing some sort of modifications.

Sell some videos!
Put it on eBay: "Transom Repair" by Stinky Hooker. If you can't make $100 off that, I don't know what this world is comin to!

IMHO - I would try to find 2 plexiglas windsheilds from a center console and try to adapt them, leave the center open.

Hey Pastor Steve,
Would it be to much to ask for you to whip up a prayer for the NSFT - not for catching fish, just so we all come home safely to the ones we love, cause they tolerate us messing with boats and fishing, sometimes we even skip church to go.

You bet Franco, I'd be honored to. I'll pray for your safety and for your loved ones. I'm about to head out the door to drive out to FL, so I'm in need of His traveling mercies as well.
The Lord bless you and keep you in His grace.

Thanks Franco, very kind of you brother...
I'll be in town tomorrow afternoon, Lord willing. I'm picking the boat up in Fort Pierce. I think we'll be driving straight through back and forth, but if something changes, I'll be sure to call you. Thanks again. If you're ever in our neck of the woods (near Annapolis), please know you have a place to stay as well.
Nice address! Love it.
