A member pm (ed) in interest to a ladder viewed in one of my posts. This SS 4 step telescopic ladder is manufactured by Windline. A Overton's catalog item unfortunately required the stand-offs to be mounted. For me not a problem as the necessary tooling is available. Drilling the steps require a air drill (small) able to position between the steps for accurate positioning. Also the stand-offs required shortening (tubing cutter) to better position off gunwales.
Good luck !
