a77 it must be a 165, 250 Chevy straight inline 6 cyl.Hope he has all the upgrades?? They were raw water cooled, and after this long I am sure its getting thin in there! Had points also! small and charging system, at least in my 76

But if upgraded and taken care of like the outside I am sure she is fine!

Talked to the fellow couple of hours ago. Boat is all original except seats and some wiring along with having the fuel tanks pulled inspected, new sending units and new fuel fill and lines done.
Has not been used for two seasons and now he is moving inland for some job.
Bought from the original owner from Chesapeake area who had it under a roof and on the trailer its whole life. He has had it for six years and always trailered, very little use fresh and salt.
Put new outdrive on 3 seasons ago ran a couple of times but then had no time to use.
Say's the engine started for him but is running rough, says he thinks the engine needs some work, what he does not know.
Says there is a soft spot on the floor where the original back to back seat bolts were screwed down, he replaced the seat with a pedestal and put some wood reinforcement in but that it is still soft.
I believe he will get down to 15 maybe fourteen if you came cash in hand.

i can't believe a galvanized trailer lasted 35 years, tells me very little use. down here one will rust out in 10 years just sitting in your yard.
