Good Morning;
My wife and I own a 2 bed/2bath timeshare at the Wyndham Longwarf Resort just off Americas Cup Avenue, in Downtown Newport. The address is 5 Washington St. and is across the street from the harbor, and convenient to the water taxi. Check in on Friday 9/13 and check out Friday 9/20. This is a perfect time to visit Newport - the weather is milder, crowds are less, but all the venues are open. Do a Google search for Wyndham Longwarf for pictures and many more details. Each unit comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen TV's, the resort has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, b-b-q area, on-site parking, game room for the kids etc etc.
We cannot use it this fall due to other travel arrangements, so we are offering it for this fall for $1000 for the week. Or $142.85 per night and that includes everything, no taxes etc. I would be happy to answer any questions but I don't want to put my phone # here, so send me a PM and I will get right back to you.
