For removing real stains - such as a drip of epoxy that leaves a yellow spot or other real tough stains.

I've tried them all - even to " on / off " which can melt your trailer but isn't really meant for above water line stains.

When it all fails including paint thinner, acetone, bleach, assorted crap cleaners, and even comet ( deck only ), anything I'm missing ?

A diluted mix of muratic acid does a wonderful job of removing stains.

I have a couple rust stains I plan to go after with BarKeeper's Friend one of these days.

BARKEEPERS friend with a brown scotch brite pad can remove some pretty tough stains, but it will take off a little of the area being scrubbed. You can use one of the green scotch brites like you buy in the store for doing dishes and it isn't so bad on the finish but not near as aggressive for cleaning.
