Splashed the boat yesterday around 6:00pm after work and headed out to catch a few stripers. It was still early so I decide to head over to the HRBT (Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel) to see if we could catch a few flounder. The first drift I picked up a fat 22" and 21" flounder and then headed back to wher our drift started for another try. Again I picked up another 20" flounder and my daughter had a 16" throw back on her new pole. It started getting dark sa we tried for a few stripers with no luck so we headed in happy with the catch. The area we fished holds allot of smaller flounder and a few bigger ones so it was a big surprise to reel in three nice keepers in such a short time.
