These seemingly lunatic actions by the governments on all levels are just part of the prepping of the population for a complete police state. If the obamination gets his way the next four years none of you will recognize your country.
The state and local governments are exercising authority they do not have because the leadership and their cronies in the media have an agenda and they fear not any retaliation for their actions from any higher authority.
