How could that boat not appeal to everyone. Classic lines. No nonsense layout. Built like a battlewagon. It also doesn't hurt that this one is very clean and obviously well cared for.

Why wouldn't it, it's a BERTRAM. One of the origanals that made BERTRAM who they are, and one of the best riding 25 footers of all time. Only upgrade I would do to it is to ditch the stator charging systems and put a set of alternators on it.

I always loved flybridges. When I used to work at the boat dealership years ago, I sold twin 150 etec to a guy that had a 25 bert. That boat ran upper 40's and would plane with one engine. What was the most amazing thing was how quick she planed off.

Um...because you have excellent taste.

That is one beautiful boat. A little too thirsty for my wallet, but some gals are like that.

Talked to the owner today by phone. Engines are 1990's with approx 700 hours. It was his fathers and now his.
Nice fellow, he told me he does nothing but occasional maintenance on the boat. It is kept at a Mercruiser certified marina in Narragansett
Bay RI.
Says the only spot he feels any softness deck wise is a little give on the fly bridge. Says it has been the same since he got it and has not worried about it.
The Mercruiser Tech has him on a schedule and services everything and he has them replace anything needed.
Gonna call me when he is going to take the shrink wrap off if I want to come see it.
