Started Black fishing

We planned on Black fishing yesterday, we hit the first spot, nothing but one short Black, short Sea Bass, short Porgy's. We stayed there for about an hour, left for our second spot, nothing but shorts. I suggested we try some Weak fishing since they were still around. Hit the first drift and not even five minutes into the drift, Gold on, it was a 17" fish. Bam, Sal gets hit, a 3/12 pound Weak and the bite was on. It was sick, fish after fish. We were playing catch and release or was it we were catching and they were releasing before they got into the boat, then I caught a 3 lb fish. Three was our limit and we left them biting, it really started to howl out there around 1pm.

Giorgio - I fish mostly south of you, BUT - for Weakies I might go further north !!

Very Nice!! Went Sea Bass here a week ago, all tiny maybe 6 inches, be nice in a few years!!
