Older Evinrude 150hp weighs a rather light 375lbs +/-........... nice for the V.

The non HO 200 etec weighs about 435........only 65 pounds more - not too bad.

Move the battery to the cuddy and it's about a wash.........even nicer !

Plus.............it's DFI technology so it sips fuel and oil, cleaner, smoother etc...

I want one !! Get me two......two meatball sandwiches ( name the movie ? )

Since it puts out an honest 200hp, I figure it should run my V21 up to about 47-48 mph
and all the other faster cruising speeds.

Who's got one for sale - used, perfect - and " low priced ?

Since you're selling your boat for just $100,000 I'll sell you an engine like you want for a measly $50,000. A true bargain!! And I'll even throw in free oil changes for the life of the engine!!!:sly:

Yoo Da Man D !!! Sounds great..........

Want to talk with you about how you trailer / launch in the salt without getting the trailer wheels wet !!
I can launch that way.......it's great with the roller .........but getting it back on it feels like stressing the cable and such pulling most of the boat up little or no water support from floating. ( I practiced this way based on your previous note )

I may drop price for my boat to $ 98,500 only for the balance of this month.

I'd worry more about stressing the bow eye than the cable. Either way you never want to stand in a direct line with the cable while it's under tension.
Never said I don't get the tires wet, I just don't submerge them if I can help it. I usually try and keep the hubs dry, but a lot depends on the angle of the ramp and the tide at the time.
$98,500 is really a bargain. I'd be surprised if it lasts the week.
