It seems as if Cantor changed the bill and created a loophole for their spouses and children.The politicians might not be able to profit but their families can!!!

That really sucks but I have to tell you that the SEC is in bed with the hedge funds and money market managers as well as the politicians. I trade pretty extensively and the market manipulation I see on a daily basis is disgusting. I've complained to the SEC and I have led drives and petitions encouraging others to send in formal complaints. Nothing ever happens....ever. I have spoken with people who were former employees of the SEC and they admit nobody ever follows up on those complaints. 
 
Point is there is nobody that is going to follow up on these forms being filed.
 
FYI Jim Cramer (Mad Money) is one of the worst. He says in his book that if the reality doesn't match your investments bets then create another reality. OK Jim, all I need is your billion $ cash account and a staff of writers.
