This is some shots of my current project. replacing the steering arm on my 94 merc 150. this thing has been slowly rotting off for about 10 years. Big shrimpin located a very clean fresh water arm and bracket for me while in california and i have been avoiding this project for 5 or 6 years. my friend(who is the real mechanic) finally talked me into jumping on it. i believe this is the first piece to come down the assembly line. had to pull the foot, powerhead, intermediate house, trim & tilt, and transom bracket off the hull. the toughest part was pulling the powerhead. 18 years in the salt and never been off.

anyway, good to go now, thought you guys might be interested.
