Hi guys. I have a couple nice reels for sale that just aren't getting used all that much.

First up is a clean ABU 6600C5 Mag-X. I upgraded the handle to a power handle (original paddle handle included with sale), Extreme Smoothie Drag washers, I totally stripped, cleaned and re-lubed the reel. Ready to fish. SOLD

Next is a very clean Penn International 975. Again, totally stripped, cleaned, lubed and drag stack serviced (cleaned and Cal's Drag Grease applied). It's butter smooth. I do not have the box or clamp for this reel (no idea what happened to them). Retail on this is $260.00. SOLD

Those are some sweet reels CB. I have a pile of Ambassdeurs and love em all...I just aquired my first 2 Penn Int.'s...haven't used them yet.

You really can't go wrong with an Ambassadeur reel for the money. The Penn is just a good solid, smooth reel. Great drag system with the HT-100's.

I'm anal about the quality of my reels as far as maintenance is concerned. Just ask MJ. Oh wait, he's not the guy to ask. :nut::you:

chum, i am thinking about setting up a levelwind with braid for surf casting for pompano, how do you think the ambassador would work? i have a few of the 5000 & 5500's, but i mostly troll for spanish with them. i do use the 5500 for jigging now and then, but it's a little small for that.

CB cleans all my reels the last few years, and does a awesome job!!
But he *****es at me all the time how dirty they are?? That's what happens when you use them i tell him!

who ever buys will not be sorry!!

This one is the Mag-X. It has a factory installed magnetic casting control which allows you to tame the centrifical force of the spool rotation making it a good choice for casting.

Nice job keepin' those reels like new!...I got reels out the wazoo or I'd grab both of those babies...good price!!...:clap:
